Big Horn Dry Fly Fishing Continues……….

Brown in the Bag

Apologize for the tardiness of this report, but frankly not much has changed.  Not much has changed in a good way because the fishing is still fantastic.  The weather is to remain summer like for the foreseeable future, which will keep the dry fly fishing strong into October.  Tricos in the morning, black and tan caddis throughout the afternoon and evening. Pseudo’s are mixed in.

At times right now it seems like just about anything will get eaten underneath with the right drift.  P Tails, Hare’s Ears, Quill’s, Zebras, Ray Charles and Poodle Sniffers are all top choices under the bobber.

The streamer bite is good, once the weather finally cools down the browns will get more aggressive, making the bite even better.
