The PMD hatch is pretty much over. Yellow Sallies are still around a bit and you can find fish up on them although they are not as podded up as they were a couple of weeks ago.

Black and tan caddis are about but fish seem to be on the adults in the evening.

Hopper fishing is just getting going. The weather has been hot, which has a lot of hoppers moving around but not a lot are ending up on the river so the fish are being pretty subtle on the takes so give them time to take it.

Standard nymphs are working. Brown san juan worm, grey ray charles, tan soft hackle sow bug. Black caddis pupa are working a little bit too. Recent stomach samples are finding lots of olive and black midge pupa, sow bugs and pseudo baetis nymphs.
