San Juan worms and sow bugs are still really effective, but the past few days, yellow sallies have been coming off pretty good in certain stretches of river and will be working their way upstream as long as water temps remain fairly stable.
Even though flows are still above what provides a decent number of wade fish spots, the yellow sally is a bug you can cast from the boat similar to hopper fishing and get some action. The flow changes will probably keep fish subsurface for a day or two, but after the flow stabilizes, fish could be really willing to look up.
