The boat fishing is still quite good. The sowbugs are working well river wide and the worm is fishing best the further down river you go. Fish the slower areas where the fish are concentrated and your rod will get bent.
The river is now clear and fishable all the way to rotten grass creek, so fishing Bighorn to Mallards is a real option at this point

The rainbows are thick on the spawning beds. Try to stay off of them and let them do their thing, they will be done soon enough.
