The CDC Black Caddis I have found to be overall the most effective fly pattern for this hatch.  It has a great silhouette on the water and floats well.

Great looking pattern. Where can I learn recipe, instructions?

Mike thanks for the comment. Take a standard dry fly hook, wrap black dry fly dubbing up the shank, take two pieces of premium CDC and a pinch of bright poly-yarn, tie in as the wing, done. I will do a video of this pattern when I get a chance….It’s a good one!
