Bighorn River Fishing Update 7/10
Bighorn River flows are now down to 4500 CFS. Not a lot has changed fishing wise. If anything it’s starting to fish more like Summer and the bugs are right around the corner. Water temps have come up just a bit, which is what we’re looking forward to!
Same ol’ Sowbug/Scud/Worm program for nymphing. We are getting some reports of fish eating PMD nymphs, but nothing crazy yet.
Streamer fishing has been consistent for those willing to fish their arms’ off.
We’ll keep you posted when we start seeing some fish up on the surface. We’re probably another week and a half to 2 weeks out, but it will be good this Summer!
